Engineering Research Center of Eco-Cement of the Ministry of Education

The center is a new type of scientific research entity engaged in scientific research, technological innovation and development, achievement promotion and transformation, and high-level talent training and delivery in the field of low-carbon and ecological cementitious materials and related technologies in China. It is also an important platform for academic exchanges between domestic and foreign peers and driving discipline development, and has formed a complete set of market-oriented technological innovation and transfer operation mechanisms. The center aims to cultivate and incubate new processes for ecological cement production with independent intellectual property rights in China, new technologies for the expansion of high solid-gas ratio heat exchange, mass transfer and reaction theory, new high-value, functional and ecological cementitious materials prepared from solid waste resource utilization, and new equipment for ultra-fine grinding of high-activity powder through technological innovation, so as to realize their engineering and industrialization nationwide. The center also aims to improve the industrial technical level and innovation ability, transfer technical achievements to enterprises, train and deliver technical talents, and promote the technological progress within the industry and enterprises through the research and development of key, innovative and forward-looking new technologies.
