Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Geotechnical and Underground Space Engineering

The laboratory was approved for the construction of Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory in 2018, and passed the acceptance in 2022 to be officially approved as Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory. The key laboratory currently has 77 permanent researchers and technical management personnel, with a construction area of 2280 m² and more than 380 sets of relevant professional instruments and equipment. It focuses on the research fields of ecological environment protection, resource utilization and sustainable development, and has formed a series of characteristic research directions with outstanding advantages. It has undertaken a large number of national, provincial and ministerial key scientific research projects, and has achieved a series of important scientific research achievements, which have been widely applied in the ecological environment protection and resource utilization projects in Shaanxi Province, and has made important contributions to the ecological environment protection and sustainable development of Shaanxi Province.
