At the Education Cooperation Exhibition of the 10th Silk Road International Exposition, XAUAT also held productive discussions with participating Uzbek universities, including Karshi State Technical University, Termez State University of Engineering and Agrotechnologies, and Andijan State University. The Uzbek institutions expressed strong interest in joining the Silk Road International Alliance of Architectural and Technological Universities, an international higher education platform initiated by XAUAT.

At the China–Uzbekistan Scientific and Technological Innovation and Green Development Forum, a parallel event of the Interregional Forum, Vice President Chen Rong of XAUAT and Sanjar Mardov, Vice Rector of Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement lays a solid foundation for future collaboration in disciplinary development, curriculum design, and joint textbook development.

To date, the Silk Road International Alliance of Architectural and Technological Universities has expanded to include 65 member institutions from 28 countries. Over the past three years, the Alliance has developed into a practical and efficient platform for cooperation in scientific research, talent cultivation, and academic development among partner institutions along the Silk Road. It has played an important role in promoting connectivity, mutual learning, and coordinated development among participating universities.

Looking ahead, the Alliance will continue to improve its multilateral cooperation mechanisms and deepen educational exchanges and research collaboration with universities in Uzbekistan and other countries along the Silk Road. By fostering educational cooperation, resource sharing, and mutually beneficial development in the field of architectural science and technology, the Alliance aims to build a vibrant Silk Road academic community and contribute to the high-quality development of higher education across the region.
